What’s in this program? This program prepares you for the entry level position as a clinical administrator. You’ll learn the interpersonal and clinical skills necessary in the Medical Administrative Assistant section. Then the program will cover in detail the skills needed to handle the “paperwork” part of administration, training you in the skills of an Electronic Health Records Specialist. Lastly this program will go through all the Medical and Billing codes for ICD-9 and ICD-10 giving you an introduction to the knowledge and skills of a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.
